Office Policies

Thank you for choosing our office. We are very glad you’re here. Caring for your dental health is one of the most important things you can do for yourself and your overall health. Regular dental checkups will help keep dental problems to a minimum and can often prevent unnecessary worry, extensive work, discomfort and expense. We are committed to your health and we are trained and equipped to fulfill your individual needs. We are devoted to gentle patient care and excellence in the dental care that we provide.

Appointments

When you arrive for your appointment, please let our front desk managers know you are here and if there are any changes in your medical history or insurance. WE make every attempt to see every patient at their scheduled appointment time. On occasion, due to unforeseen situations, this may not be possible. If such a situation should occur we will let you know. We value your time and we know you will value our as well. If you are unable to make your appointment, a 48 hour notice is required. Any last minute changes in your appointment can affect you as well as other patients, and we reserve the right to charge a fee if the proper notice is not given.

At the initiation of treatment, we will advise you of our findings and your treatment options. We will review the number and duration of appointments anticipated as well as an estimation of fees for our services. Our mission is to prove to you the finest and most comprehensive dental care possible.

Payment

Pay as you go. You may choose to pay at each visit. We accept cash, check MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Payment plans available. Several financial institutions provide payment plans. Please inquire at our front desk.

Interest charged on overdue balances. Interest rate of 1.5% per month maybe applied to balances over 90 days.

Returned check fee. There is a $30 charge for returned checks.
